Club Pink CISAC opens its doors to the female public for two special Pilates classes focusing on pelvic floor health during World Continence Week.
Classes are with Lynn our experienced Pilates Instructor Tuesday evening 19th of June at 630pm and Thursday morning 21st of June at 930am.
The focus will be on strengthening your pelvic floor muscles from the inside out. It’s important we learn how to properly contract, lift and tighten our pelvic floor muscles, as well as remembering to relax and soften them, and Pilates will teach you the correct techniques.
